Job Description
We are currently looking for Candidates for MRM role for Karnal location. The opening is with one of our client in Banking. Below is the JD for the role
KRA:
• Managing productivity of the Off-roles sales team
• Acquiring new merchant relationships for the Bank.
• Responsible for managing and growing the profitability of the portfolio alongwith POS Volumes.
• Ensuring retention of the Merchants with the bank and growing business on the Merchant counters.
• Launching all new initiatives of the Bank
• Selling of allied Cross-sell products viz., MPOS / GPRS / DCC / EMI / PayZapp for Business, etc
• Cross-selling of Assets and Liabilities to the Merchant base.
Requirements:
Minimum Full time Graduate, MBA
Candidates who have been into Sales for 2-3 years.
With good Communication, analytical skills
With displayed relationship management skills.
